Kiddy Leisure has full public liability insurance, however, the hirer is fully responsible when the unit has been hired with the absence of a Kiddy Leisure operator.

The hirer is responsible for ensuring that there is adult supervision of the unit and equipment, and the supervision of people using it, at all times.

 

Inflatable Hire

The unit must remain staked or weighted down in position whilst in use.

The unit must not be used in wet weather or high winds. In the case of a light shower, the unit must be evacuated until the shower is over, then it must be dried down with a towel before it is used again. In the event of heavy rain or high winds, the unit must be unplugged and deflated until it is safe to inflate again.

All electrical equipment must be kept dry at all times and any trailing wires must not be left anywhere where they will get wet or cause anybody to trip or fall.

For safety reasons, the unit must be placed in a well-lit area if to be used after dusk.

There must not be any more than 10 children allowed on the castle or slide unit at any one time, with an age limit of 3 to 13 years old for the castle and 3 to 15 years old for the slide.

There must not be any more than 6 children allowed on the ball pond unit at any one time, with an age limit of 3 to 8 years old.

If the hirer is to keep the unit and equipment overnight, it must be kept in a safe and secure area whilst not in use. In these circumstances, the hirer must accept full responsibility for any loss or damage to the unit or any equipment supplied.

 

Sumo Suit, Gladiator Duel, Pillow Joust & Bouncy Boxing Hire

All protective head and neck gear supplied must be worn at all times whilst on the unit.

 

Booking

A £50 non-refundable deposit (or 50% of the total cost in the case of small inflatables) is required to secure the booking, the balance must be paid in cash to the Kiddy Leisure representative on the day of the booking.

The customer has up to 28 days before the date of the booking to cancel and receive a full refund, after this date, no part of the £50 deposit will be refunded.

Kiddy Leisure will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control including: adverse weather conditions, event participants' illness, or unforeseen traffic incidents e.g. accidents. In these circumstances, the full amount agreed is payable by the customer.
