Terms & Conditions
- A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure the party booking. The balance must be paid in cash to the Kiddy Leisure representative on the day of the event.
- The customer has up to 28 days before the event date to cancel and receive a full refund, after this date no part of the £50 deposit will be refunded.
- Kiddy Leisure will not be held responsible for circumstances out of their control including: adverse weather conditions, party participant's illness or unforeseen traffic incidents eg accidents. In these circumstances the full payment agreed with the customer is payable.
- The customer must take full responsibility for all participants and spectators taking part in the event.
